摘要(Abstract)：

目的探讨非ST段抬高型心梗患者PCI术前加用曲美他嗪的疗效。方法 59例单支血管病变的非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者随机分为2组。对照组29例,只接受常规治疗;曲美他嗪组30例,PCI术前给予60 mg曲美他嗪,之后给予20 mg,3次/d,持续用至术后1个月。观察两组患者左心室舒张末期容积、M PI、ADM A、BNP的水平。结果 PCI术前加用曲美他嗪能够更好地改善左心室舒张末期容积、M PI、ADM A、BNP。结论PCI术前加用曲美他嗪能够降低非ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者ADMA和BNP的浓度,改善左心室舒张末期容积和MPI,可能与改善患者预后相关。
