摘要(Abstract):
植物甾醇是植物中的一种活性成分,近年来国外对其抗肿瘤作用及其机制研究颇多。植物甾醇对结肠癌、乳腺癌和前列腺癌都有预防和治疗作用。其作用机制主要为抑制癌症物质产生,抑制肿瘤细胞生长和繁殖;还可以改变肿瘤细胞的信号传导,抑制肿瘤细胞转移,刺激产生肿瘤免疫应答。
